✨ Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • All original tags (if applicable) must be attached

Please note: Due to the made-to-order nature of some items (like custom phone cases or limited-run tees), not all products may be eligible for return. Be sure to check the product listing for any exclusions!

✨ How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@shopstardustsociety.com with your order number and reason for return

  2. We’ll reply with next steps and a return shipping address

  3. Once we receive your return and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (minus shipping)

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Oh no! If something arrived damaged or isn't what you ordered, please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right—pinkie promise 💫

✨ Final Sale Items

All sale items, gift cards, and limited edition drops are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
